How does it work?

SCANNING

Start the check-in process by searching a room number or by the first name/last name of your guest. Ask your guests for their ID documents and start the scanning process. You can use a traditional scanner or a mobile/ tablet. Data capture only takes a few seconds. Enjoy a much faster and accurate check-in

CHECKING

The receptionist checks and eventually modifies data, using, where necessary, the Address Validation Engine technology.

SIGNING

The guest signs digitally the E-Registration Card accepting or denying the privacy policies showed in the Tablet. Now the customer can go to the room.

SENDING

Interfacing methods with the various PMS complete efficiently the check-In process and subsequently permit the complete management of your customers.
